After a 20+ year career as a metallurgical engineer (graduating from McMaster University) and a tenure in IT sales, Steve retired to pursue his true passion: meeting real people and helping them navigate the challenges of vehicle ownership.
Steve views auto service as a "team sport." He leads the shop with a focus on continuous education, ensuring his staff stays ahead of industry trends like consumer spending shifts and EV integration.
